Shekhinah Come: Carrigan, 15, Arizona.
Hi! My name is Carrigan (or Shekinah Come) and I am 15. I am almost never not listening to music; I love to be active, especially outside, doing activities such as camp and hike! I spend most of my free time relaxing, listening to music, reading, swimming, or talking with people!
My favorite bible verse is Matthew 10:16: “I am sending you out like sheep among wolves. Therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.” This verse is so important to me because I love to evangelize. Recently I think I have found my calling from God, to be a Youth Pastor. I hope you enjoy my articles!

In case you hadn’t already noticed, I am the blogger in the team who tends to be very verbose, perhaps overly so. I love to read (have been reading since I was three and a half years old), write (I have written a full novel and am working on the second, as well as numerous other pieces), occasionally act (The picture of me is from when I played the role of a psychedelic murderer in an Agatha Christie play last May!) be with and talk with people, be outside, play the violin and piano (both of which I have played for over a decade), and learn about God and people! I am constantly amazed at how much God is constantly teaching me and I believe He has placed upon me a passion for this generation, to try to open the eyes of the people out there to see what is right, holy, true, and righteous. I only hope and pray that God can use me as a tool in his hands!

I love The LORD my God with all of my heart. I think that God is the only thing worth living for and I really try my best to make every moment of my life a praise song to him. God has definitely rooted a passion for writing and music in my heart. I play Piano and the Guitar all of the time, occasionally composing piano and guitar music.
I am currently working on writing two non-fictional books, one about my take on radical Christianity and another about Morality and Ethics. God has placed on my heart a love of youth and I feel called to become active in youth ministry. I pray that I can encourage Christian teens to stronger faith and show them that Christianity is much more than church on Sundays (and it is a lot more awesome, too)!
